Training and CPD

Training and CPD – Research shows that “On-the-job” (OJT) training is often the way most employees learn their job, tasks and competencies at work. On the job learning, when organised as part of the education of an employee is extremely effective. However, most organisations do not take the time to review how direct experience is affecting knowledge and, very importantly, the experience of the employee in increase h/her skills and professionalism.

OJT is also challenged by asking staff, managers and executives to juggle workload demands while at the same time reflect on the experience to gain insight and knowledge.
Offering “traditional” forms of learning to managers, executives and staff plays a crucial role in the overall level of knowledge, expertise and success of an organisations.
